I have over 25 years in the IT industry, am certified to consult and teach IT Best Practices (ITIL).

Many clients hire me to resolve issues with the management of digital files. How to save and retrieve images, process and output them to print or web. I provide coaching and hands on training in the following areas for both Mac and Windows users:

  • File formats: when to use Camera Raw, DNG, TIFF, PSD and when you should avoid JPEGs.
  • Workflow: Image capture, directory structure, retrieval, editing, printing, web display, file archival
  • Hardware and Image Storage selection
  • Colour Management Techniques
  • General IT consultation (computer setup, purchasing recommendations, printing setup, file/directory structure, web output)
  • Advanced Photoshop, Lightroom, Windows/Mac
