As a certified ITIL instructor (with both EXIN and ISEB) for V2 and V3 ITIL courses, I have provide certified ITIL training for over 5 years. Certified instructors and course materials are required for students to write the ITIL exam. Both the the instructor and material must be certified to ensure the depth and breath of the ITIL syllabus will be covered in the course).
I have also created certified training material (APMG certified by Loyalist College) for training organizations including the ITIL Foundation and Bridging V3 Courses.
