First, ensure that you have produced a file in the best format using these instructions.
Download an image here and then hit the white arrow 
in the blue bar at the top of the screen to download one or more images to my site.
You will then be prompted to enter the file location on your computer and it will download.
Please ensure that you contact me via email or telephone to let me know the file is waiting for me.
