As president of Manage Change Inc. I provide extensive Information Technology (IT) experience - over 25 to be honest. Keeping current is a constant challenge, so I have focused on the managment of services (ITSM and ITIL training) and digital lifestyles using mostly Apple products and Vista - if I have to).
